Old Coast Rd Kölsch

Description

This German  beer is an ale that tastes like a lager. It uses ale yeast but is fermented quite cold at around 15C which gives it a crisp flavour reminiscent of lager beers. There’s also a bit of wheat malt in the mash recipe which increases the body and makes it slightly less crisp than a true lager but with more mouthfeel and slight sweetness. If you are a lager drinker chances are you will like this beer.
